Je hodne zvlastni, ze lidem chodi zbozi s vadou kvality, tobe prijde jina edice. To me utvrzuje v tom, ze ten projekt asi nebyl moc uspesny kdyz rozesilaji zmetky a jinak hodnotne zbozi. Zrejme jak vyberes x mega zacnes na ekonomiku a kvalitu kaslat.

Hi Backers! We got great news for you, the very last small batch of watches have been all assembled and are currently having their 38 hours time check. Should be all good to have straps mounted and boxed up as we speak. In theory we should have all of these watches boxed up over during today or Monday latest. And these are organised for a shipping collection for mid of the week. Also as mentioned, rest is all with Swiss Post. Uploading the specification for addresses, clarification for Swiss Made and for outgoing customs ("Customs Tarif 91022100 anyone?" ) also took a bit. BTW while we dealt with paperwork, it is clear that loading 1000 package and addresses specifications at once nobody did before us, as Swiss Post interface can hold up to 100 only, so we had to find a way with them to do so. Fun. Once the last batch is picked up, we will get the tracking numbers and will ask Swiss Post to confirm they are final and correct, we can send them on to you. Why we cannot do the ones we already have, we do not know, so bear with us (and them), once the last watch package is picked this week, we will send it on. Interesting info from the watchmakers and observation they did when assembling the watches over the past months. The complexity and the care of mounting the dials had given them quite a headache. Luckily we did planned a rejection rate of 30% to be safe but it's always extra work to mount and unmount watches to replace the dials. Glad we made a handful more for that. All in all it's always in your best interest that we focus on the quality. But they learned quite a bit with it too, so for our next projects, it is always good experience to have under the belt. We know it is few days later (again), not our intention and completely out of our control. We were promised last week, but there were some simple logistic issues that held it back at the fulfilment site. Some of you had some strong reactions regarding the latest updates. Just wanted to apologise if something didn't come as promised, it has been more stressful than expected. Also, you would not like to be on the receiving end of some of the calls we had to make to our suppliers We are not handling Kinder eggs here as one of our watchmakers nicely pointed out. Odprodam svou pohledavku, uz mam i zajemce

Pozor na to, po KS byla oficialni objednavka zbozi, kdy se specifikoval model a mel svoje part number, tzn se nejednalo o zakazkovou vyrobu a objednal jsem presny typ/model. Od toho mam normalni potvrzeni objednavky.

Prilozim zde vyjadreni COI na danou situaci. *** k Vašemu podání ze dne 5.8.2019 ve věci změna loga hodinek si Vám dovolujeme zaslat následující vyjádření. Doporučujeme Vám prokazatelnou (písemnou) formou podat u podnikatele odstoupení od kupní smlouvy a požadovat navrácení peněžních prostředků, z důvodu nedodržení podmínek ze strany podnikatele. Nepodaří-li se Vám vyřešit spor s prodávajícím přímo, máte možnost podat návrh na zahájení mimosoudního řešení spotřebitelského sporu. Mimosoudní řešení sporů je institut založený na hledání oboustranně přijatelné dohody stran sporu. Česká obchodní inspekce na rozdíl od soudů nemá pravomoc sama o předmětu sporu závazně rozhodnout nebo strany sporu k dohodě donucovat. Pro bližší informace o mimosoudním řešení spotřebitelských sporů nebo podání návrhu navštivte prosím internetové stránky www.adr.coi.cz. Právně závazné a vykonatelné rozhodnutí o předmětu sporu může vydat soud. *** Myslim ze COI shledala jednani Chronotechny jako nedorzeni podminek, kdy se objednavala finalni podoba hodinek a nekolik dni pote bylo logo zmeneno. Chronotechna me stale dluzi 50,06Euro. Nekdo by mohl rict 50Euro je dan za blbost, ano lze to tak brat, stale lepsi nez 492E, ale jde o princip. Proto zvazuji pravni kroky.

KS se plati do Berlina tzn EU kde by snad nejake pravo melo existovat.

Tak se me do jiste miry podarilo z tohodle cirusu vystoupit. Po par emailech me bylo vraceno ze zaplacenych 492E pouze 441,94E. Bylo me oznameno, ze vraci jen to co obdrzeli tzn "440 (8% KS fee, 3% card fee)" to me ale nezajima. Na poznamku o COI jsem dostal tuto odpoved, kazdy si udela obrazek sam: Mimochodem, nevim jakou jurisdikci ma COI v Delaware (KS) nebo Basileji (nas garant a prijemce fondu z KS pani Marien), to jen tak na okraj.

Deliveries updateYes, deliveries are underway. Watches are being dispatched to the outgoing hold and picked up and put to euro-palettes from delivery storage by Swiss Post for their processing. Just a small batch of watches right from the watchmaker's table (few weeks ago)Some of you are nervous, inpatient and all, understandable, we do what we can, it is summer, people have vacations. Yes, even in Switzerland, imagine that, what an outrage, right? And everyone is dealing with quite a large number of boxes that all need to be handled with care in each step, we do not want to get damaged goods, do we? We have been promised by everyone in the delivery process and chain, all will be dispatched in few large chunks and ALL boxes will be sent by the end of August, so it is all well underway. Another look at a steel batchWatches go from watchmakers table to a collection box, inspection, QA, then packaging, out-packaging, labelling, put to palette and then picked by Swiss Post to start their magic, most of you have add-ons, which means lots of SKUs. Even the mighty Swiss Post have their hands full with it. Few backers asked about their specific package. At this time, from a moment we put it to outgoing processing (i.e all boxed up and labeled and gave to Swiss Post) we cannot tell. Until Swiss Post gives us their label and info. Once we have that, we can send it over too. Also even two days ago people asked still for address change, which we try to make to happen as well. Just a nice anecdote, get this, normally any, even the smallest, change is taken as contract change with Swiss Post and because of their rules (corporate, what can you do?) normally they do this ONLY on new month start, but as we are such a good friends, they do come forward and help out to happen almost instantly. Pro me byla zasadni vec obnova znacky, netreba asi rikat ze takove lidi si znacka Chronotechna nezaslouzila. Proto se me libil konzervativni design s vypsanym logem. To ze logo zmenili po tom, co si lide objednali konkretni provedeni a stale se vsudepritomnymi fotkami s puvodnim logem povazuji za podvod. P. Sich i pres slib refundace na toto neraguje a to povazuji za dalsi podvod. Suma sumarum je to zrale na COI. PS Vzpominam si na reakci kdy Cesti zakaznici meli byt rozeslani z CR tzn ne za 19E dopravu a clo, to vsak vzalo casem za sve.

Nechaval jsem na reakci 2 tydny, ovsem tu jsem nedostal. Zverejnuji proto tuto komunikaci aby si lide mohli udelat o stavajicich vlastnicich Chronotechny vlastni obrazek. Predesilam ze 23.11.2018 me p. Sich slibil cituji "Protoze jste z CR, muzeme se urcite domluvit, ze kdybyste nebyl nakonec spokojen, penize vam konkretne refunduji. Ale fakt verim, ze spokojen budete." Mezitim jsem se 7.3 dotazoval na finalni rozhodnuti kolem loga - bez reakce. mail 19.6.2019 Vazeny pane Sichu, podporil jsem Vas projekt s ohledem na znovozrozeni znacky Chronotechna a veril jsem, ze vse probehne bez problemu. Chapu, ze se projekt muze jistum smerem zmenit, ale ocekaval bych radne informovani investoru. 7.3 jsem Vam posilal email a cekal jsem na reakci. Zadal jsem Vas o upresneni stavu kolem loga. Zadna odpoved nedosla. Smutnym zjistenim bylo, ze informace o zmene loga na ciferniku na C+ nebo Ct padla az po tom, co jste nechal zbozi dospecifikovat a objednat. Zde stale behem objednani grafika ukazovala plne logo Chronotechna na ciferniku. Nebot jsem nezaznamenal zadne zmeny v logu predpokladam, ze se drzite stale C+ nebo Ct, o co hur Vas shop nadale ukazuje naproste nesmysly Nebot jsou pro me zmeny neakceptovatelne (zmena loga), zadam Vas s odvolanim na Vas slib o plnou refundaci prostredku. odpoved tyz den od p. Sycha Zda se ze vam nechodi updaty z KS. Web se predelava, je tam nejaky tempalte ted, napisu to lidem co to delaji at to opravi, vse je prodano = shop neni v tuto chvili treba a dalsi produkce techto nebude. Nejde o prodleni ale o zmenu loga na ciferniku. Spustil jste objednavkovy system (objednano 28.2), ten trvale zobrazoval hodinky s vypsanym logem Chronotechna. KS update 4.3 ohlasoval zmenu loga. 7.3 jsem Vam psal email, ze cekam na Vase vyjadreni ohledne loga, ze zmena je pro me neakceptovatelna, ovsem odpoved jsem nedostal. Usuzuji tedy, ze cela vyroba jede s novym logem a nikoli tim ktere jsem objednal. Jak jsem Vam psal 7.3, je zmena loga pro me neakceptovatelna. Nereagoval jste. C+ nebo Ct nic neni, ani kdyby jste tisickrat chtel nic to neznamena, zkratka chronotechny bylo CH, udelali jste paskvil. Nechapu, ze nejste schopni s vybranymi 1.2mil Euro udelat novou grafiku, shop a radne informovat investory.

Production update Minor issue with the gaskets have been discovered at the assembly. Basically some tolerances were not to our quality control liking and could be a risk overtime. Cases pass waterproofness, but according the the head of the assembly at our manufacture, whose team assemble the watches, it would be wise to redo them. We therefore decided to follow the lead and do so and get even better quality ones made of Hytrel. They were done quickly for us and we are getting the delivery over the weekend. Assembly will resume then. Show us your lumesDelivery Not a huge deal, but has slight knock on effect of one to two weeks on the deliveries. So this will then resume in the week from 15th of July, we were promised to mitigate any further delays with it and hence the end of the month for "all out of the doors", is still achievable.
