Doporucite nekdo odhadce nemovitosti v Brne (a jiznim okoli)? Resim z 99% odhad zemedelskych pozemku.

prakticka poznamka: soused resi v drevostavbe (drevena konstrukce, zevnitr/zvenku sadrokarton a uprostred izolace) mysi. 2x dorazil deratizer a mam takovy pocit, ze to i nejak vykurovali a barak byl tim padem par dni neobyvatelny...ale porad to nevyresili. Jak se ty mrchy nastehuji do izolace, tak je asi o zabavu postarano. Nemam tuseni, zda je pricinou nejaka technicka chyba v tomhle konkretnim dome nebo zda je to obecna vlastnost podobnych drevostaveb. Tak to neberte jako antireklamu. Ale ja za sebe nevidim v drevostavbe zadnou zasadni vyhodu oproti zdenemu domu (krom rychlosti stavby, ale to zase neni takovy mega rozdil).

celkem me bavi, jak se tady vesele srovnavaji auta, ktery spolu nemaji nic spolecnyho Bawo X5 - X6 ... lexus rx ... LC V8 ... MB ... Jeep ...Disco - RR ... Volvo XC Sorry, ale to je jak srovnavat hodinky a holinky

tohle bylo do lodniho servisu a ne do HR ...u RR i Cayenna bych se bal o prevodovku pri rozjezech v kolone s necim tezsim. 3 tuny hnoje jsou citit i za landakem

RR je dost nizkej, ale v terenu jsem ho nezkouzel ... cayenne byl mimo silnici OK, ale jel jsem jen za sucha. Na obcasne tahani cehokoliv bych nechtel ale ani jednoho z nich.

pokud to ma neco tahat nebo obcas nekde sjet ze silnice pak jsou jen 2 rozumny moznosti toyota landcruiser land rover discovery ...obe jsou fajn i na dlouhy cesty s rodinkou (ameriku bych osobne nebral..divny motory/prevodovky, divna vybava, vetsinou divny brzdy) mene civilni vzhled (a u druheho i mene pohodli) pak MB G a land rover defender pokud to zustane na silnici a nebude to nic tahat, tak je to jedno. Veci typu X5 nejsou ani na horsi polnacku....prave proto jsem zadnou X5 na Islandu nikdy nevidel (bud japonsky veci, landcruiser, pajero atd) nebo velky ameriky pro turisty.
