...můžeš to rozvést? Já některé výroky nechápu, no...ani ten IzTaPův jsem nechytil.

A inhaus to není.

"...What is exciting is that parts of this movement are being made in the UK for the first time by Bremont. This is important because it forms part of a much greater push internally towards the time when a work-horse Bremont movement will be made 100% on British shores. This is not a quick, but it is a very exciting journey and Bremont are totally committed and passionate about bringing back employment in the watch-making sector to the UK..."

Arnold-and-Son-DSTB-7.jpg

Srovnání mezi tím JLP kalibrem a tím Bremont pseudoinhauzem můžeš prozkoumat na tomhle prolnutí:

lJmZpgU.jpg

Samozřejmě těžko soudit, zda nejsou nějaký drobný vylepšení uvnitř a co všechno vyrábí Bremont, klidně to může bejt i víc než rotor, nicméně tohle tvrzení z jejich webu je zjevně velký ohnutí reality:

"...it showcases Bremont?s first ever in-house movement, the BWC/01, designed and developed in Britain..."

Whatever the full story is, Bremont really should be clearer with the movement?s origins. It seems as though Timeless Luxury Watches (a Bremont retailer) released a statement from Bremont on WatchUSeek addressing the movement hysteria. The ?too long; didn?t read? of it is that some of the blueprint photos of the base caliber were never released to the public, and therefore leaked illegally. They also go on to change the story a bit on the, ?designed and developed in Britain,? by saying, ?parts of this movement are being made in the UK for the first time by Bremont?. That?s a huge distinction. Now the problem seems to be backtracking. If Bremont had just laid the story out honestly from the beginning, I think a lot of folks would have liked to hear about Bremont?s expanded production capabilities. But as they say, you can?t put the toothpaste back in the tube.

Unfortunately, the movement?s origins aren?t the only sticking point. Price is the other. I don?t think anything?s official yet, but it looks like the stainless steel version will land somewhere in the low $20K range. Seriously? That?s insane. I know their previous special editions have done well, and I don?t even doubt the future success of this one, but that?s beside the point. If the price really does reach VW Jetta range, I have no idea how it can be rationalized ? especially if the movement isn?t truly in-house. A piece of fabric the size of a nail clipping? Even if that does represent the actual cost of acquisition, we?re talking Royal Oak Jumbo pricing here.

Každopádně to smrdí pěkným failem a to mám Bremont fakt rád.

Len uplny blbec by namiesto toho minul prachy za Bremont. Toto su hodinky pre 50 bohatych lobotomikov. Bodka.

...

Bremont claims that someone was trying to sabotage the release. When Bremont released news about the Bremont Wright Flyer watch and BWC/01 movement that was purportedly made and developed by them, someone immediately began to compare the movement to those made by Swiss La Joux-Perret.

Watch companies often work with specialized companies to produce new movements, so what was the big deal? The issue was that the language used by Bremont was confusing enough that people believed Bremont was suggesting the movement was designed and produced entirely by them in England. The press release says "the BWC/01, designed and developed in Britain." They however claim that someone who acquired documents about the movement in advance played up information that was not true and attempted to stir a hornets' nest.

...

Bremont has been working on the production of a fully in-house made movement for years, but producing all the parts necessary to make an entire movement is extremely expensive and complicated for even the biggest brands. We learned that the BWC/01 is a major step in the direction of making in-house movements, but that the project is not done yet.

According to Bremont, someone revealed stolen and confidential details about the BWC/01 movement before the launch of the movement and the Wright Flyer watch. Apparently, the primary motivation behind stealing, then revealing the movement details was to highlight basic similarities between the BWC/01 and another movement manufactured by Swiss movement maker La Joux-Perret under the caliber name 6901. Stolen details or not, the fact remains, and Nick confirmed to us, that Bremont did in fact work with La Joux-Perret on the development of their new movement.

"...Currently, Bremont makes their own bridges and mainplates, and plans on gradually extending their operations to involve the crafting of other key components in the near future..."

takze to nie je all in-house ale custom made modifikacia LJP, "which as a design, remains exclusive to Bremont".
