Nemá to GPS, ale tlačítkem aktivuje GPS v aplikaci v mobilu a začne záznam. Pro mě možná lepší, než furt dobíjet. Aplikace v mobilu zaznamená a mobil mám stejně furt u sebe.

Vám se vážně tak líbí? Já jim nějak nemůžu přijít na chuť a úplně koukám, kolik lidí přitom zaujali

Mě se docela líbí ta oranžová varianta. Jako takový sportovní hodinky na lítačku v létě jsou parádní.

Také o nich uvažuji. Jen pozor - nemají gps! Gps je nutno mít zapnutu v mobilu a mobil propojen s Alpinama skrze modrý zub...

Alpina decentně zaspala a nějaké zveřejnění přišlo později, než by mělo. Novinka se už nějakou dobu prodává a pěknou recenzi na jeden z kousků už stihl i napsat Prischera zde.

Alpina pays tribute to its aviation history, with four new Startimer Pilot Heritage models

 

September 2018, Geneva ? Alpina unveils four new automatic models as part of the Startimer Automatic collection. All models can be recognized by their characteristic pilot codes, faithful to the Startimer collection.
 

A signature aviation collection

Since the start of aviation at the beginning of the last century, it?s not just airplanes that began to take off: pilot watches made their appearance. Alpina has been a renowned official manufacturer and supplier of military aviation watches to continental air forces for more than 50 years. The history of the brand is linked to sports watches and has a legendary aviation heritage. A pilot?s watch is reliable, extremely precise and legible. Particularly with the military constraints, aviator?s watches needed to resist to shocks, be equipped with anti-magnetic shields with oversized luminous hands, markers and numerals, to ensure an instant readability.
 

 

Time is in the air

The Startimer Pilot Heritage collection models are a tribute to cutting-edge codes present in the aviation watch history. Pursuing the Startimer success story since its launch in 2011, these new models include an optimized design and remain emblematic timepieces. The brand?s aviation collection joined many pioneers in their aerial adventures.

 

The Startimer Pilot Heritage: design highlights

Four new models are being added to the collection featuring a generous 42×40.75 mm case dimension, a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal case and an engraved case-back displaying the Alpina logo. This striking oversized case accentuates its presence on the wrist and enhances the originality of its design. The models are powered by a mechanical AL-555 automatic caliber with 26 jewels, beating at 28?800 alt per hour, offering a 38-hour power reserve and a water resistance of 100 meters.

While optimizing the readability of the dial with an internal turning ring, a date window is visible at 3 o?clock to complete its functionalities. Each dial displays polished white and black color hands, hours and minutes featuring an orange second. All dials include silver indexes and super Luminova treatment. The first model is decorated with a copper colored dial, the second model showcases a dark grey dial and the third model displays a light blue dial. They are all completed by an elegant light brown leather strap. Finally, the fourth model features a navy dial with a black leather strap.

 

In addition to the stainless steel case, these models include an oversized screw-in crown which is easy to grip and so that pilot?s can set time while wearing thick gloves and a padded flight suit. These Pilot?s automatic models display the hours, minutes, seconds, GMT and a date while remaining sleek and minimalist.

Overall, the Startimer Pilot Heritage models are part of the aviation history.

Pár novinek od Alpiny, respektive nové verze několika stávajících modelů. Nyní ve verzích Smoke, tedy s tmavými ciferníky a s PVD úpravou pouzder.

Osobně mě celo černé hodinky neberou, ale verze kombinace růžového zlata a tmavého sunburst ciferníku mě uhranula. Zlato na hodinkách nemám rád, respektive někdy ano, když jsou to jen detaily, ale tento počin se mi vážně líbí. Přijde mi to super kombinace, která pěkně kontrastuje, ty chci vidět live.

 

 

 

Alpina launches a new range of smoked dials in its Startimer Pilot and Alpiner collections

 

The new Alpina Shadow Line is now available in store declined in six watches: two Startimer Pilot big date quartz chronographs, three Startimer Pilot Automatic watches and an Automatic Alpiner 4 watch, all equipped with an exclusively developed Alpina connected e-strap.

Faithful to Alpina?s roots, a new line of smoked dials combining urban elegance and sporty technicity is born, reinterpreting its best-selling pieces.


The Startimer Pilot

Drawing inspiration from the Startimer Pilot Automatic collection, these Shadow Line edition timepieces maintain all the desired pilot features as well as excellence and qualitative finishing details with an added twist.

A great example of the above would be the rose gold-plated stainless steel 44 mm case contrasting with a dark grey sunray finishing dial, it displays the typical oversized luminous hand-applied rose gold-plated indexes and hands with a date window at 3 o?clock. The timepiece features a dark genuine leather e-strap as well as an engraved case back. Another model is available in black PVD-coated stainless steel with a dark blue or dark grey dial displaying mat finishing and applied pearl black indexes and date window at 3 o?clock.

The same models are available with the quartz Chronograph function and bearing the same mat urban sporty look.

 

 

The Alpiner 4 Automatic

The Alpiner 4 is one of the most emblematic Swiss sports watches, combining beautiful aesthetics while offering performance and accuracy to alpine and nature enthusiasts under the harshest conditions.

Alpina introduces a new version in black PVD-coated stainless steel with its famous red triangle adorning the seconds hand and the 12 o?clock mark on the bi-directional turning bezel, while the Alpina 1883 logo is engraved on the 44mm back case of the watch. The date window is displayed at 3 o?clock and the luminova-treated indexes are delicately placed over the sunray-finished dial. The AL-525 automatic caliber offers a 38-hour power-reserve, the stainless-steel case allows for a 10 ATM water-resistance as well as the other three main features of the Concept 4 anti-magnetic, anti-shock, and stainless steel.

 

E-strap

Each watch comes with its own black leather e-strap with a black fiberglass buckle.

Zajímavá novinka z Baselu...je to quartz, což nás moc nenadchne, ale první, co mě napadlo, když jsem viděl zmenšené pouzdro Alpiner je, že Alpina možná po letech relativně velkých hodinek bude třeba zmenšovat, což by vůbec nebylo špatné. Osobně nemám problém ani s klasickým 44mm pouzdrem Alpinerů, ale přece jen 42mm by bylo ještě lepší. Kdo ví, třeba je právě tento kousek takovým předvoj.

Jinak přímo u těchto je škoda quartzu, jinak vypadají moc pěkně, tuplem v modré. Budu doufat, že jsou první vlašťovkou a tím pádem by bylo na co se těšit.

Díky za info. To by bylo super, kdyby si měl pravdu. Osobně se mi Alpiner líbí, ale 44mm je pro mě v tohle případě moc. L2L je tuším 52mm a to já už nedám.

Ano přesně ty a když už jsme u nich, tak předchůdkyně jsou rozhodně lepší Vytáhnout na Baselu samé baterky je nic moc, takže doufám, že se nechtějí ubírat tímto směrem, ale dál budou tasit něco lepšího, viz třeba poslední pilotky, nebo ty s GMT, které jsem dával o pár postů výš.

Za mě je to tak, že změna majitele nasměrovala Alpinu do jiného segmetu trhu. Pro mě jsou už nezajímavý, ale manželce bych nějaký baterkáče vybral. Joe

Tyhle Alpiny Seastrong 300 automatic v bronzové PVD úpravě vypadají na fotkách pěkně. Jsou takové jiné, šmrncovní a ta kůže jim opravdu sedí. Naživo jsem je ale neviděl a taky jsem neměl nikdy hodinky s povrchovou úpravou PVD, tak nevím, jak to je s "trvanlivostí" v průběhu užívání.
