Vidí ho pan Kaplun a pohoršuje se: "Löbl, co to vidím, proč čtou arabské noviny? Nestyděj se? Proč nečtou naše? Třebas Haarec, nebo The Jerusalem Post?" Pan Löbl se ohradí: "Jsem snad mešuge? Proč bych četl židovský noviny? Pořád je tam jenom o tom, jak máme hloupé a zkorumpované politiky, jak se u nás krade, jaký máme deficit státního rozpočtu, jak se bude zdražovat a že hrozí krize, nezaměstnanost a neúroda. V arabských novinách čtu, jak ovládáme celý svět, všechny banky, amerického prezidenta, ostatní prezidenty a krále, všechny zbrojní programy a průmysl, světový obchod a těžbu zlata a ropy, jak máme pod palcem Pentagon i Bílý dům, jak se každý den koupeme v šampaňským a souložíme s mladicemi. Tak se nedivěj, že si každý ráno čtu radši ty arabský noviny."
