"Co dělají se slonem?", diví se Kohn, "vždyť musí toho hodně sežrat a asi taky všechno podupe." "Ale kdepak", odpovídá Roubíček, "je neuvěřitelně všestranný. Na zimu vypustí bazén, s vodou umyje auto a je tak hrozivý že mi nikdo nepřijde na návštěvu, ani tchyně." "To zní zajímavě", připustí Kohn, "a prodali by mi ho?" Roubíček se chvíli vykrucuje, ale nakonec svolí. Asi po měsíci se opět oba pánové sejdou a Kohn hned začne lamentovat. "No to jsem si dal! Vždyť ten slon sežere víc než cela rodina dohromady, všechno podupe a hrozně řve a jak velké dělá bobky!" A Roubíček hned odpovídá: "Takhle ale nesměj mluvit o tom sloníkovi. Takhle ho neprodaj."
